1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by the Site (the "Service"), which allows users to register, obtain a unique referral link, and potentially earn cryptocurrency (SOL) by referring new users who register and pay a fee through their link. By accessing or using the Site and its Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
- GetGrass.link provides a platform for users to create a personalized referral page (e.g.,
getgrass.link/your-unique-id) to promote their own referral code for the third-party service Grass.io. - Users pay a one-time registration fee in SOL to create their GetGrass.link page.
- Users have the option to pay an additional upgrade fee in SOL to become eligible to earn SOL rewards when new users register and pay the registration fee through their unique GetGrass.link URL.
- Disclaimer: GetGrass.link is an independent service and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Grass.io or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All earnings, points, or rewards obtained through Grass.io are separate and distinct from any potential earnings through the GetGrass.link referral program.
3. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- You must have a compatible Solana wallet to connect to the Site and pay fees.
- To register for the Service, you must:
- Connect your Solana wallet.
- Provide a valid email address.
- Pay the one-time registration fee (currently 0.1 SOL, subject to change) via a Solana transaction. The recipient of this fee will be determined based on the referral link used (if any) and the upgrade status of the referrer, as detailed in our referral program rules.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected wallet. GetGrass.link is not responsible for any loss of funds or unauthorized access resulting from compromised wallet security.
4. Account Upgrade and Referral Earnings
- Registered users may choose to upgrade their account by paying an additional one-time fee (currently 0.2 SOL, subject to change) to the designated system/admin wallet.
- Only users who have successfully upgraded their account are eligible to earn referral rewards.
- Upgraded users will receive a specified SOL amount (currently 0.1 SOL, subject to change) directly to their registered wallet address when a new user successfully registers and pays the initial registration fee using the upgraded user's unique GetGrass.link URL.
- Users who have not upgraded will not receive SOL payments for referrals generated through their link, although their referrals will still be tracked. The registration payment from these referrals will be directed to the system/admin wallet.
- No Guarantees: GetGrass.link makes no guarantees regarding the number of referrals you will receive or the amount of SOL you will earn. Earnings are entirely dependent on the successful registration and payment by new users through your valid referral link after you have upgraded your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your affiliation with GetGrass.link or Grass.io.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to manipulate the referral system.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
6. Fees and Payments
- All fees (registration, upgrade) are payable in SOL on the Solana blockchain.
- Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) are separate and are the responsibility of the user initiating the transaction.
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- You acknowledge that all transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and irreversible.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SOLANASTUFF.COM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your generated referral link and page are provided as part of the Service.

- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- GETGRASS.LINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- GETGRASS.LINK DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY, BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY, AND SMART CONTRACTS. GETGRASS.LINK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED DUE TO MARKET VOLATILITY, TRANSACTION ERRORS, WALLET SECURITY ISSUES, OR OTHER BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED RISKS.
- GETGRASS.LINK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FUNCTIONALITY, TERMS, OR REWARDS PROGRAM OF Grass.io. YOUR USE OF Grass.io IS SUBJECT TO THEIR SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLANASTUFF.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your GetGrass.link account and associated data (excluding immutable blockchain transaction records) through your profile page or by contacting us. Deletion requires wallet signature verification to confirm ownership. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your State/Country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [e.g., 15-30] days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
